What We Do

We serve the entire energy value chain through tailored financing, strategic investments, and deep partnerships. Our approach is guided by a dual mandate: supporting both traditional hydrocarbons and the transition to new energy solutions.

Sovereign Backing & Global Partners

Founded in 1975 by 10 Arab oil-exporting countries, we operate under a Central Bank of Bahrain banking license. We collaborate with sovereign wealth funds, global financial institutions, and private sector partners to advance and secure MENA’s energy sector.

Case Studies

Impact & Sustainability

Our commitment to impact is measurable and growing. In 2024, projects we financed contributed to avoiding 30 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions and treating over 208 million cubic meters of wastewater. With $1.3 billion in sustainability-linked financing, we’re actively supporting the region’s transition to a sustainable energy future.
